Amazing customer service. The item was cool to have! You know how
rooms have a faint “sleep” smell? Well these sheets and comforter didn’t at all,
even after days of using them. It felt like crawling into a fresh bed every night!
They were so soft and cooling! I loved the product! But having a newborn made it
hard for me to enjoy my expensive bed without worrying about the baby on it,
anything this kid touches is stained. so I decided to send it back. I really am
impressed with the customer service! They were quick responding, kindly provide
alternatives that would benefit me, and answered all my questions and concerns. Most
online shopping it seems that companies take your money and you are SOL if you need
to contact them. Not these guys! I felt heard and like they cared about my situation

The comforter is made with 300-thread count Miracle Clean &
Cool™ fabrics. The thread count is used to determine the quality and not the
thickness of the comforter. The high thread count in our comforters
guarantees that they are softer than traditional comforters.
Our Cooling Comforter features a 90% poly 10% Spandex blend and a luxury
100% down alternative fiber fill.
Silvadur™ Antimicrobial Technology provides odor control by
preventing microbe-derived odor and absorbing common causes of odor to
mitigate unpleasant scents. It also controls odor-causing microorganisms
that can accumulate on fabrics from skin contact and laundering. You can
feel safe sleeping on it every night as it’s dermatologically tested for
skin tolerance.
Q-max measures how cool a fabric feels, and with the Cooling Comforter's
Q-max score of 0.4+, you stay cooler at night without any added effort.
Regular comforters need to be washed an average of once per
month, however, doing so on a regular basis can be time-consuming for most
people. Miracle’s antibacterial comforters only need to be washed three to

We hired an independent agency whose mission is to test the transmission of
infections in the products they serve. The scientists in this agency have
over 20 years of academic research experience and have worked on numerous
research initiatives including the use of antimicrobial surfaces in
healthcare environments. The lab tests products that reduce bacteria on
environmental surfaces including soft linen goods. We tested multiple
products with and without silver-infused technology and noticed that all
products without our unique silver-infused technology doubled in bacteria
every 20 minutes. All products with our silver-infused technology reduced
bacteria growth by up to 99.7%.
