Cruise Sweepstakes

I. Sweepstakes Period

The "Miracle Made Cruise Sweepstakes" (the "Sweepstakes") begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Pacific Time on May 6, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time on July 31, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). The Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for determining the timing of entries.

II. Sponsor

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Pattern Brands, LLC, the parent company of Miracle Made, located at 228 Park Ave S, PMB 73891, New York, NY 10003, United States.

III. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of Pattern Brands, Miracle Made, and their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising or promotion agencies, and immediate family members or household members are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.

IV. How to Enter

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING.

Participants may enter via any one of the following methods, each of which provides an equal chance of winning:

Method 1 – Purchase Entry

Purchase any eligible Miracle Made product at miraclemade.com during the Promotion Period. Qualifying purchasers will be automatically entered into the Sweepstakes. One (1) entry per qualifying purchase transaction.

Method 2 – Free Online Entry (No Purchase Required)

Visit this link and complete the free entry form with your name, email address, and date of birth. No account creation, social media activity, or purchase is required. Online free entries receive the same odds of winning as purchase entries. Participants may submit this form up to three (3) times.

Method 3 – Free Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Required)

On a 3” × 5” card, handwrite:

1. "Miracle Made Cruise Sweepstakes"
2. Your full name
3. Address, city, state, and ZIP code
4. Email address
5. Date of birth
6. “I agree to the Official Rules.”

Mail to: Miracle Made Cruise Sweepstakes, c/o Pattern Brands, LLC, 228 Park Ave S, PMB 73891, New York, NY 10003. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by July 31, 2026 and received by August 7, 2026. Mail-in entries receive the same odds of winning as purchase entries. Participants may submit up to three (3) mail-in entries (each mailed in a separate envelope).

Limit three (3) entries per participant during the Promotion Period, regardless of the method of entry used. Bulk entries or multiple entries in one envelope will be disqualified. Proof of submission of an entry does not constitute proof of receipt by Sponsor. During the entry process, you may be asked to consent to receive promotional emails. Consenting to receive promotional emails is optional, does not have to be agreed upon in order to be eligible to participate, and does not improve your chances of winning.

V. Prize Details

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive the following prize (approximate total retail value: $2,400):

1. $1,500 Royal Caribbean gift card, redeemable toward a Royal Caribbean cruise of the winner’s choice
2. $600 Kayak gift card intended to be applied toward roundtrip airfare for two (2) people to the applicable departure port
3. $300 Royal Caribbean gift card for onboard dining and beverage expenses

Total approximate retail value (ARV): $2,400. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Prize is non-transferable and has no cash value. No substitution of prize is permitted except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

VI. Prize Redemption & Notes

The $600 Kayak gift card is provided as a fixed-value contribution toward the winner’s travel expenses. Sponsor makes no representation or warranty that the $600 value will be sufficient to pay for roundtrip airfare in full. If the total cost of the selected flights exceeds $600, the winner is solely responsible for paying the remaining balance. Sponsor does not provide transportation to or from the cruise departure port, lodging, or ground transportation. All travel arrangements, flight selections, booking, and scheduling are the sole responsibility of the winner. The Sponsor is not responsible for flight availability, price fluctuations, or any travel complications. The $1,500 Royal Caribbean gift card is redeemable directly through Royal Caribbean International and is subject to Royal Caribbean’s standard gift card terms and conditions. The $300 onboard credit gift card is for use on Royal Caribbean ships and is subject to availability and ship policies. Sponsor is not responsible for winner’s inability to meet cruise line boarding requirements or for any flight delays, cancellations, or price fluctuations.

VII. Taxes & IRS Reporting

All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.This prize is not “grossed up.” The Sponsor does not provide cash or any additional compensation to offset the winner’s tax liability, meaning the winner must pay any applicable taxes out of pocket. Because the prize value exceeds $600, the Sponsor is required by law to issue IRS Form 1099-MISC to the winner. As a condition of prize award, the winner must complete and return a W-9 form (Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification) prior to prize fulfillment. Failure to provide required tax documentation within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner. The Sponsor does not provide any additional compensation to offset the winner’s tax liability.

VIII. Winner Selection & Notification

One (1) winner will be selected in a documented random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted within the first week following the close of the Promotion Period by authorized employees or agents of Pattern Brands, LLC. The potential winner will be notified via the email address provided at the time of entry within five (5) business days of the drawing.

As a condition of prize award, the potential winner must: (a) respond to the winner notification within seven (7) days; (b) complete and return a signed Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (which reaffirms the releases set forth in these Official Rules); (c) complete and return IRS Form W-9; and (d) provide any other information or documentation reasonably required by Sponsor to verify eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Any guest accompanying the winner must also sign and return a Liability/Publicity Release reaffirming the terms herein. Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a background check on the potential winner and any guest. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any potential winner or guest based on the results of such background check if Sponsor determines that awarding the prize to such person might reflect negatively on Sponsor or compromise the safety of the trip. In the event of a dispute concerning the identity of any participant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the natural person assigned to the submitted email address by the relevant internet access provider, online service provider, or other responsible organization.

Failure to satisfy any of these conditions within the required timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.

The Sponsor reserves the right to conduct up to three (3) alternate winner drawings in the event of forfeiture.

IX. Publicity & Right to Publish Winner

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s consent for Pattern Brands, LLC / Miracle Made to use the winner’s name, city and state of residence, photograph, likeness, and statements for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media, worldwide, without additional compensation or notice. The winner may be required to sign a separate publicity release as a condition of receiving the prize.

X. Third-Party Disclaimers & Release

The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Royal Caribbean International, Kayak, Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, or X, or their respective parent companies or affiliates, and any other third-party platform or vendor whose services are used for prize fulfillment or promotional purposes. All third-party trademarks, service marks, logos, and trade names are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for descriptive purposes to identify the prizes. By entering, you understand that you are providing your information to the Sponsor and not to any third-party platform, and you completely release all aforementioned third-party entities from any liability in connection with the Sweepstakes.

XI. FTC Disclosures & Social Media

The Sweepstakes is subject to the Federal Trade Commission’s guidelines regarding endorsements and testimonials (16 C.F.R. Part 255). Any posts, stories, or other content published by Miracle Made or its agents in connection with the Sweepstakes must include clear and conspicuous disclosure language, such as #Sweepstakes, on every platform and in every post where the Sweepstakes is mentioned. Participants who voluntarily share or post about the Sweepstakes on social media must similarly disclose their connection to the Sweepstakes. Entry into the Sweepstakes does not require any social media activity, account creation, or the posting of specific content.

XII. General Conditions & Technical Failures

Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or undelivered entries; or for technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind; lost or unavailable network connections; or failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions. Sponsor is not liable for any errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, or the announcement of the prize. If technical, hardware, or software failures, fraud, hacking, unauthorized human intervention, or any other issues compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes and determine the winner from eligible entries received prior to any disruption. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules. If a technical malfunction or other error causes more than the stated number of prizes to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the one (1) stated Grand Prize by a random drawing among all legitimate, unawarded, eligible prize claims.

XIII. Release & Limitations of Liability

By entering, each participant agrees to release and hold harmless Pattern Brands, LLC, Miracle Made, their affiliates, subsidiaries, and affiliate companies, and all other persons or entitles involved in the development, administration, promotion, or fulfillment of this Sweepstakes, together with the respective past and present officers, directors, employees, agents, agencies , and representatives of each of the foregoing (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any liability for any loss, injury, damage, cost, or expense arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize, including but not limited to any personal injury, illness, death, property damage, or other loss occurring on the Royal Caribbean cruise, during flights, or during any related travel. The Released Parties make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the prize or any travel arrangements.

XIV. Disputes

These Official Rules and all proceedings arising out of or relating to these Official Rules, the Sweepstakes, any entry, any prize, the payment of taxes, the reporting of taxes, and all other proceedings related to the Sweepstakes (whether based in contract, tort, statute, fraud, misrepresentation, or any other legal theory), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New York.

As the exclusive means of bringing any action or proceeding to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to these Official Rules, the Sweepstakes, any entry, any prize, the payment of taxes, the reporting of taxes, or any other proceedings related to the Sweepstakes (whether based in contract, tort, statute, fraud, misrepresentation, or any other legal theory), a party may only bring such a proceeding in the federal or state courts sitting in New York County, New York, and you expressly consent to the jurisdiction of and venue in such courts and waive all defenses of lack of jurisdiction and inconvenient forum with respect to such courts.

Any and all disputes, claims, causes of action, or other controversies (whether based in contract, tort, statute, fraud, misrepresentation, or any other legal theory) shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.

You agree to service of process by mail or other method acceptable under the laws of the State of New York. ANY CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND/OR AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES. YOU HEREBY WAIVE ANY RIGHTS OR CLAIMS TO ATTORNEY’S FEES, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF PARTICIPANT, IDENTIFIABLE PERSONS, OR THIRD-PARTY PARTICIPANTS, WHETHER FORESEEABLE OR NOT AND WHETHER BASED ON NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE.

XV. Privacy

Information submitted by participants is subject to Pattern Brands’ and Miracle Made’s Privacy Policy. By entering the Sweepstakes, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information as set forth therein.

XVI. Winner List

To obtain the name of the winner (available approximately two weeks after the close of the Promotion Period), send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:

Requests must be received within 30 days after the drawing date.

XVII. Sponsor’s Right to Modify

In addition to, and without limiting, the Sponsor’s rights under Section XII hereof, Pattern Brands, LLC / Miracle Made reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) at any time without prior notice, in the event of force majeure or any other circumstance impacting the integrity or lawful operation of the Sweepstakes.

XVIII. Priority of Documents

In the event of any conflict between these Official Rules and any marketing materials, advertisements, or other communications (including social media posts), these Official Rules shall govern and control.
